Description: In response to Gov 2.0 initiatives, this training seminar will introduce and teach attendees about EnerGov's citizen engagement tools, allowing your agency to increase communication and transparency. Includes discussions and training on utilization of Facebook, Twitter, and RSS feeds, as well as EnerGov's "My Subscriptions" functionality.
